Refunds & Returns Policy

‘Change of mind’ returns:

 

  • We offer a 14 day return policy for ‘change of mind’. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • No restocking fee will be charged providing the item is returned in unused resale condition.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 20% or greater in cases of a ‘change of mind’ if the item is not in resale condition.
  • The buyer will be responsible for return postage for ‘change of mind’ returns, return instructions will be provided.

 

Damaged in transit or defective returns:

 

  • For damaged in transit, it is best to inspect the parcel and reject delivery (don’t sign) with the delivery person if signs of damage exist, this will force the delivery company to return at no charge.
  • If parcel has been left at the delivery address and shows signs of damage in transit take photos extensively of all sides of the parcel before inspecting the contents.
  • If your product is defective (does not work as it should), we will provide a full refund and a label will be provided for prepaid return.

 

Refunds:

 

  • Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receipt of your returned item back to your original payment method.
